Hi firefighter81109 Welcome to the forum There are a few different tool belts on the market as you state, I wouldn't buy one for that price personally. I have done just what you suggest, I purchased one that suited my needs form a tool supplier, it give me the pockets etc that i need and allows me to equip it with tools that i need with space to add more. Its a very useful bit of kit as all the simple items you need such as small tools for peeling and revealing, window punches, wire cutters etc personal preferences recip blades, flat and cross head screwdrivers and a tool for battery disconnection. I have found that it has saved me a lot of time having the basics to hand allowing for better systematic working. Hope this helps some John

there is no way id pay £150 for that! go to a builders merchants and see what they have. i carry a pouch that i can clip on to my radio loop on my tunic (centre punch, belt cutter, face shield and laminated casualty hand over form) and what's in my pockets (generally rescue sling, 2 blast bandages and 2 wedges) and that's it nowadays. i found the tool belts i was just lugging things around. i ride as the OIC of a specialist rescue vehicle most of the time so i tend not to use tools to much but it seems most of my crew feel the same way. some of my guys will keep clips on their tunic to assist with soft protection or windscreen sheeting but even that seems to be more trouble that its worth. i personally think less can be more.
