This forum seems to get some really nice traffic, don't be shy, post your thoughts and ideas, the forum can not survive alone without some form of interaction, it doesn't matter if your post doesn't seem good enough, any posts are good, the only way to develop in this field is to share knowledge and experience.
Its not about who has the biggest **** its about sharing knowledge and experience to make us better at what we do and to give the service user a better outcome.
Knowledge that's isn't shared is wasted knowledge, don't take it to the grave with you, its no good to anyone there!
